Dr. Amit Upadhyay

Board Certified Family Physician with special interest in Preventive Care, Hormone Health and Regenerative Medicine

After obtaining his CCFP designation with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario, he trained further in the field of Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy for men and women and is a North American Menopause Society Certified Menopause Practitioner. He also has a fellowship with the American Academy of Aging and Regenerative Medicine.

​Dr. Amit’s family medical practice emphasizes the importance of preventative care, nutrition, hormone optimization, and regenerative medicine to each patient’s disease profile, well-being, and healthy aging. Dr. Amit enjoys learning and researching new ways to bring health to his patients.

​When Dr. Amit is not practicing medicine, he can be found travelling, sailing, and spending time with his daughter, wife, and friends.
