Dr. Amit Upadhyay – Clinic Owner & Medical Director

Practicing Family Medicine with special interest in Preventive Care, Hormone Health and Regenerative Medicine

Dr. Amit trained in India. After arriving in Canada, Dr. Amit retrained as a family physician and obtained his CCFP designation and license with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario.

​He obtained additional training in the field of Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy for men and women. He also obtained his fellowship with the American Academy of Aging and Regenerative Medicine and is a North American Menopause Society Certified Menopause Practitioner.

​Dr. Amit’s family medical practice emphasizes the importance of preventative care, nutrition, hormone optimization, and regenerative medicine to each patient’s disease profile, well-being, and healthy aging. Dr. Amit enjoys learning and researching new ways to bring health to his patients.

​When Dr. Amit is not practising medicine, he can be found travelling, sailing, and spending time with his daughter, wife, and friends.
