Dr. Amit Upadhyay
Board Certified Family Physician with special interest in Preventive Care, Hormone Health and Regenerative Medicine
After obtaining his CCFP designation with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario, he trained further in the field of Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy for men and women and is a North American Menopause Society Certified Menopause Practitioner. He also has a fellowship with the American Academy of Aging and Regenerative Medicine.
Dr. Amit’s family medical practice emphasizes the importance of preventative care, nutrition, hormone optimization, and regenerative medicine to each patient’s disease profile, well-being, and healthy aging. Dr. Amit enjoys learning and researching new ways to bring health to his patients.
When Dr. Amit is not practicing medicine, he can be found travelling, sailing, and spending time with his daughter, wife, and friends.

Dr. Kenneth Liang
Dr. Liang graduated from the School of Medicine at London’s University of Western Ontario, obtaining his Doctor of Medicine degree (MD) in 1986. He completed a two year residency program in family medicine at McMaster University in Hamilton and became a certificant of the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CCFP) in 1988.
His post-graduate medical education has included training at Hamilton General Hospital, St. Joseph’s Hospital, McMaster University Medical Centre, Joseph Brant Memorial Hospital and in pediatrics with Dr. Peter Harland in Kenora. Prior to joining All Med in 2000, Dr. Liang practised in the communities of Hamilton, Hagersville, Fisherville, Cayuga, Pickering and Thornhill and was on active staff at York Central Hospital in Richmond Hill.
Dr. Liang is a current member of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO) and of the Ontario Medical Association (OMA). His special interests include preventive health care and medical information technology.
Dr. Ayra Motaghi
Dr. Arya Motaghi graduated from Shahid Beheshti Medical University in Tehran, Iran in 2014 and worked as general practitioner in rural and urban settings in the country. After arriving in Canada, he completed family medicine residency training at the University of Toronto and certified by the college of family physicians in 2020.
Dr. Motaghi took over Dr. Natasha Zajc-Dalcourt medical practice in July 2020, and relocated his medical practice to All med health in January 2021.
His extensive training and exposure to diverse patient population of all ages and cultural backgrounds enables him to provide a comprehensive medical practice to all his current and new patients encompassing preventative care including health-risk assessments, personalized counselling on maintaining a healthy lifestyle, routine check-ups, screening tests and management of chronic illnesses including hypertension, diabetes and coordinating care provided by other specialities for various medical conditions
